We started with Hills, switched to Iams and have now been on Beneful and then targeted supplements for our 4 year old Golden. She has maintained a great healthy weight and does not waiver on vet checkups out side of 65-68 pounds. Certainly nothing against Hills other than having to have the prescription or at the vet purchasing being an inconvenience, we just opted for another healthy choice that has done fine. Some people choose to pay more for their dog to eat than themselves...I am just not one of those people.
