Our Grace immediately starts looking for a rock and goes out in the middle of the yard, puts it down, and then rolls back and forth like there is no tomorrow to scratch her back. With her former owner, she was left alone out in a backyard for hours on end with no interaction from what we were told when we rescued her. This was probably all she had to do for the first 2 years of her life. She gets nothing but love and constant attention now, but still reverts back to this behavior if we are not in the yard with her. She is such a prize.
